APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In the case where SHRLEVEL(Reference) and SHRLEVEL(Change)
  reorgs are included in the same step, the SYSREC DD may be
  missing from the step.  This results in the following error on
  execution of the SHRLEVEL(Reference) reorg:
  
  DSNU047I DSNURORG - A REQUIRED DD CARD OR TEMPLATE IS MISSING.
  NAME=SYSREC
  
  The mix of SHRLEVELs would result when SHRLEVEL(CHANGE) is used
  on the Utility Profile, but some NOT LOGGED objects are
  included.  SHRLEVEL(CHANGE) is not supported for NOT LOGGED
  objects so SHRLEVEL(REFERENCE) is substituted for those objects.
  In this case the following lines are included in the Reorg step:
  
  //* Note: The SYSREC DD was not generated because it is not
  needed
  //* when doing an online reorg.
