Error description
Data Movement task remains in executing status even tough the job has finished successfully from data manger engine end. This issue only happens for any job reaching or exceeding the hour limit set by default for Inactivity Time out setting under Bi configuration for Authentication.
Local fix
Increase the Inactivity Timeout setting in seconds in IBM Cognos Configuration under Authentication to match the run time for th e effected jobs. i.e If a DMS job takes 2 hours to complete then change the setting from 3600 to 7300 at least.
