PM98377: LTOCIN AND LTOCOUT - SPACE BLKLGTH 4410 OR 4506 ?

Error description

• TWSz 8.6.0 EQQLTRYS shows the SPACE blklgth is
  4410 but the BLKSIZE is 4506.

Local fix

• Change the SPACE blklgth from 4410 to 4506 to make it
  consistent with the BLKSIZE of 4506 so as to optimize
  the block usage like for LTPRIN  and LTPROUT.
  This same problem also affects other sample skeletons in
  TWSz 860. Moreover the samples in TWSz 910 are affected as
  well. In that case some samples also need to change the
  SPACE blklgth from 4620 to be 6300.
  In general to optimize storage allocation for temporary
  datasets by Long Term Plan and Daily Plan batches the
  SPACE BLKLNGTH has been updated to be equal to the
  BLKSIZE in the affected skeletons.

Problem conclusion

• The SPACE BLKLNGTH has been updated to be equal to the BLKSIZE
  in the affected skeletons.
  In addition, in TWS for z/OS 9.1.0 LTPRED3,LTPRIN, LTPROUT
  allocation for Lon Term Plan and DX12IN, DX12OUT allocation for
  Daily Plan Batch have been updated by setting the
  SPACE BLKLNGTH equal to the BLKSIZE.
