Error description

• The user reported a problem with using the
  GSU_CQXE_OpenSubmitForm function in GlobalScriptUtility package
  and follow
  
  Copying the records using GSU_CQXE_OpenSubmitForm function in
  GlobalScriptUtility package is failing to copy where there's a
  line feed in the description of the source record

  The ClearQuest Visual Basic API GSU_CQXE_OpenSubmitForm is
  failing when copying multiline text containing carriage
  return+line feeds.  In some cases data is lost and in others
  error messages about invalid xml are received.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.9 and 8.0.1.2.
  
  Parsing the carriage return and line feeds in Visual Basic
  error messages has been fixed in ClearQuestto handle those
  characters, thus successfully copying the data as necessary
