  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the following input fields on      *
  *                      panel CCQPPRD 'Product Parameters'      *
  *                      are specified:                          *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Type of DB2 security exit  . . AUTH     *
  *                      DB2 Admin APF library . . >hlq<.ISPLLIB *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Upon generating and submitting the      *
  *                      General Customization job template      *
  *                      ADBCUST, the Customization Table        *
  *                      ADBTPARM will erroneously get updated   *
  *                      with the DB2 Admin APF library          *
  *                      >hlq<.ISPLLIB having quotes, which      *
  *                      is incorrect.                           *
  *                                                              *
  *                      As a result, invocation of DB2          *
  *                      Administration Tool will produce the    *
  *                      following errors:                       *
