Error description

• In ETOS IZTRAN panel UPDATE TRANSACTION ABEND ENTRY, when
  OPTION 4 "REQUEUE THE INPUT MESSAGE" is set, the "NO USTOP
  TRAN/PSB" setting should be ignored.  NO USTOP TRAN/PSB is set
  to Y, OPTION is 4, and the abend is recursive.

  TRAN/PSB" setting should be ignored.  NO USTOP TRAN/PSB is set
  to Y, OPTION is 4, and the abend is recursive.
  

Problem conclusion

• In order to avoid a recursive abend, the transaction message
  will be re-queued for reschedule and the transaction itself will
  be USTOPPED. The transaction will not be rescheduled until
  a /STA TRAN command is issued. The program remains eligible
  for scheduling.
