Error description
Application issues PCF command 'Create Subscription' to a distributed queue and a mainframe queue manager. If the topic doesn't exist, MQRCCF 3312 is returned from the distributed queue manager and MQRC 2085 from the mainframe queue manager. z/OS does not return PCF MQRCCF codes. This APAR is raised to investigate how to resolve this issue.
Local fix
Code the applications to expect the two return codes In this case MQRCCF=3312 and MQRC=2085.
