    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Incorrect queue name in event messages *
    * when putting to shared queues using *
    *                      SQQMNAME(IGNORE).                       *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    An application putting to a shared queue and specifying a remote
    qmgr that exists in the same qsg attempts to put the message
    directly to the shared queue, due to SQQMNAME(IGNORE) being set.
    The put of the message triggers the generation of an event
    message (for example, queue depth high or queue full), which
    is put to SYSTEM.ADMIN.PERFM.EVENT.
    The generated event message incorrectly shows the queue to which
    the event refers (MQCA_BASE_Q_NAME) as either the transmission
    queue for the remote qmgr or the igq transmission queue.

Problem conclusion

  • CSQMPUTI is changed to use the correct queue name when
    generating event messages for puts using SQQMNAME(IGNORE).
