The cursor stays on SECADM and user is unable to modify the
field.
Note:  This occurred after applying fix for PM93843 which
       resolved original reported issue.

*                 DB2 10, or DB2 11 and have the DB2 ZPARM     *
*                 UIFCIDS set to 'YES '.                       *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users are unable to enter a valid       *
*                      Security Administrator (SECADM)         *
*                      on panel ADB2ZZMN 'System Parameters -  *
*                      System Parameters'.                     *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

The ZPARM function generates the wrong data for Security
Administrator (SECADM) and other ZPARMs.  This causes problems
when trying to enter valid data
