PM96848: MISCELLANEOUS FIXES FOR THE AUX PARAMETER ON TABLE SPACE REORG

Error description

• This APAR will fix the following issues as they relate to the
  AUX parameter on TS REORG:
  
  1) Remove build time validation of AUX parameter (specified on
     panel HAA$UOPE), since DB2 performs these same validations
     when the utility is executed.
  
  2) A RC=8 results during execution of a DB2 REORG on a base
     partition by range table space that contains a LOB column.
     It occurs when AUX YES is specified and when the object
     profile covers both the base TS name and the auxiliary
     LOB TS name - and both TS names are included in the same
     LISTDEF which is eferenced by a REORG statement.
     The following message results:
     DSNU407I  DSNUBCKB - DATA SET ALREADY USED FOR PREVIOUS
     IMAGE COPY
  
  3) Specifying AUX NO for a TS in REORP status results in RC=8
     and the following message:
  DSNURFIT - REORG TABLESPACE SHRLEVEL NONE OR AUX NO CANNOT BE
  RUN ON PARTITIONED TABLE SPACE IN REORG PENDING WITH LOB COLUMN
  DEFINED
