Error description

• IMS Connect Extensions does not allow additional qualifiers to
  be specified when defining OTMA routing rules.

  Additional symptom:
  CEX System Overview shows all zero values.  System Status
  shows ACTIVE but all message counts are zero.

  This APAR is addressing the following issues:
  1.IMS Connect Extensions does not allow additional qualifiers to
  be specified when defining OTMA routing rules.
  2.The MSGOUT data set for the Batch Definition utilities has a
  LRECL that is insufficient for the new report width.
  3.IMS Connect Extensions Operations Console continues to attempt
  to connect to IMS Connect Extensions servers after
  authentication failures, potentially causing a user ID to be
  revoked due to excessive attempts to authenticate.
  4.When a RACROUTE VERIFY fails no reason information is returned
  to the user.
  5.Ports Overview panel (CEXSMPTV) incorrectly shows SSL ports
  inactive for all IMS versions after V9

• The following changes have been made for the above issues:
  1.IMS Connect Extensions has been enhanced to allow additional
  qualifiers when defining OTMA routing rules. OTMA routing rules
  can now optionally specify a transaction list. This allows
  messages to be routed based on the transaction code of the
  incoming IRM message.

  2.The Batch Definition utilities MSGOUT report has been
  increased to a LRECL of 133.
  3.When an authentication failure occurs, IMS Connect Extensions
  Operations Console now displays a new Review Connection Profile
  Credentials dialog to prompt for the entry of a new user ID and
  password.
  4.RACROUTE VERIFY feedback is now provided to identify the
  following reasons:
      User profile is not defined
      The password is not authorized
      The password has expired
      Authentication failed by the installation exit
      User's access has been revoked
  5.Corrected the processing for port create events to set the
  status for SSL ports.
