PM96805: WMQ V710 - ISPP100 PANEL CSQO3VA ERROR. PANEL NOT FOUND.

Error description

• The WMQ ISPF panel is called to do a DISPLAY CFSTRUCT. After
  a structure is selected and placing the cursor on the line:
  
  CF connectivity loss action : E   E=Terminate, Q=As Qmgr,
  T=Tolerate
  
  and pressing F1 (or entering the panel command HELP), the
  message ISPP100 ' Panel CSQO3VA error, Panel not found'
  is raised because panel CSQO3VA does not exist.

  The option 1 for Display or 3 for Alter is entered against one

  On the CF structure panel, PF1 is pressed to display Help
  information for 'CF connectivity loss action'
  This returns the message
  ISPP100  Panel "CSQO3VA " error.  Panel not found.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQO3VA panel is supplied in the appropriate languages.
