Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' Tools Customizer generated
  template ADBMCMA 'Upgrade the Change Management database'
  included an:
  ALTER  TABLE ADBCVERSCOPES
    ADD VERSION    VARCHAR(128) NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT;
  which was also shipped via SADBSAMP member ADBCHG03.
