  RC =0004, Reason =001
     EEE572
  
  2- With each successive EXPLAIN of a flat file,
     numbers in the Query Limits Report grow
  
  3- With each successive compare, the numbers for the
     "old" EXPLAIN grows
  
  4- PRECISE parm saved incorrectly as STMT or COST
  
  5- Both EEE320W and EEE800W displayed for plan bound with
     EXPLAIN(NO)

  6- EEE parm SQLPA being saved as YEY insted of YES
  
  7- Display of parms in ANLSQLPA reports is never updated
