  *                      DSNUECM2:1814 when running the          *
  *                      DSNTIJEN job.                           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR/PTF fixes two issues:
  
  1. CHANGE DATA CAPTURE was not reflected in the log records of
  catalog tables when running the DSNTIJTC and the DSNTIJEN jobs
  even though the table has been enabled with CHANGE DATA CAPTURE.
  
  2. ABEND04E RC00E40601 at DSNUECM2:1814 when running the
  DSNTIJEN job. During the execution of this job, the directory
  DBD lock was obtained but the code was written to take an abend
  for any non-zero return code whether the lock is obtained
  or not.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 has been modified to correct the aforementioned problems.
