PM96110: POSSIBLE CKZ23531E IN DB2FIX FROM AN EXCLUDED OBJECT OR AN OBJECT THAT HAS AREOR STATUS

Error description

• It is possible to get a CKZ23531E error message in the DB2FIX
  command for an object that has been excluded by an EXCLUDE-MASKS
  entry.
  For example:
  CKZ23542I DB1.SP1 WILL NOT BE STARTED DUE TO EXCLUDE-MASKS
  ENTRY:
  DB1.*
  CKZ23531E STATUS PREVENTS STARTING; DATABASE: DB1 SPACENAM: SP1
  PART:
  STATUS: RW,RBDP,GRECP
  An excluded object should not get a CKZ23531E error.
  Also:
  It is possible to get a CKZ23531E error message in the DB2FIX
  command when an object has AREOR status.
  For example:
  CKZ23531E STATUS PREVENTS STARTING; DATABASE: DSNDB01 SPACENAM:
  SPT01
  PART: STATUS: RW,AREOR,LPL
  The AREOR status should not cause a CKZ23531E error.
