PM96003: LOAD STATEMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE DEFAULTIF

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does not include DB2
  LOAD utility DEFAULTIF syntax when a column is changed from
  NULL allowed to NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT resulting in the data
  being discarded.
