Error description

• use case diagrams offer in the context menu: Create Sub-Chart.
  But there is no element from which you can create a sub-chart:
  error 'Can not declutter selected box type'.
  defect: the context menu shall not offer this item when no
  subchart
  creation is possible for use case diagrams.
