APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Research into WAS SystemOut log was necessary to find
the payment id of the item that was the subject of the "IMAGE
DECODE ERROR" alert. The Alert itself has no message id, and
the details don't show the payment id or deposit group id,
which would expedite research into the reason for the alert.

Local fix

  • The IO exception is caused an internal error which does not
impact overall processs. The informational error is removed from
the enterprise log.
