Error description

• Missing zOS features in Liberty profile installation 8.5.5.0 on
  z/OS if installed by Installation Manager.  The missing
  features are zosSecurity-1.0, zosTransaction-1.0, zosWlm-1.0,
  and zosWlmContext-1.0

  Users use Installation Manager to install IBM WebSphere
  Application Server Liberty for z/OS, V8.5.5.0 missing z/OS
  specific features which are, zosSecurity-1.0,
  zosTransaction-1.0, zosWlm-1.0 and zosWlmContext-1.0. There is
  an install logic error in the IBM WebSphere Application Server
  Liberty for z/OS, V8.5.5.0 product package that causes
  Installation Manager not to copy the missing features in
  the installation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The missing content will be copied to the installation
  when the next fix pack (8.5.5.1 or above) is installed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1. Please refer to the Recommended Updates page
