  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In DB2 Object Comparison Tool for       *
  *                      z/OS, an error message was not issued   *
  *                      on panel GOC5  'Generate Compare Jobs'  *
  *                      when the 'Run Validate' option is set   *
  *                      to 'V' and the 'Generate Compare Jobs'  *
  *                      option is set to 'CHANGE'. The Compare  *
  *                      job was generated which failed at the   *
  *                      Validate step with a SQLCODE=-104 /     *
  *                      SQLCODEN104 error because validation    *
  *                      can not be performed in CMDELTA mode    *
  *                      (When 'CHANGE' is specified for         *
  *                      'Generate apply jobs' on panel          *
  *                      GOC5, the CMDELTA parameter is          *
  *                      passed to the GOC2CMP program):         *

  In DB2 Object Comparison Tool for z/OS, an error message was
  not issued on panel GOC5  'Generate Compare Jobs' when the
  'Run Validate' option is set to 'V' and the 'Generate Compare
  Jobs' option is set to 'CHANGE'. The Compare job was generated
  which failed at the Validate step with a SQLCODE=-104 /
  SQLCODEN104 error because validation can not be performed in
  CMDELTA mode:

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.  Error message GOC016E will be
  displayed on panel GOC5 'Generate Compare Jobs' when the 'Run
  Validate' option is set to 'V' and the 'Generate Compare Jobs'
  option is set to 'CHANGE'.
  
  GOC016E V is not valid for the Validate option when Change
  Management is used.
