Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.1.
  
  The context menu will now appear in the 'Navigator',
  'Favorites', & 'Recent Items' views when the context menu is
  invoked through the keyboard using SHIFT+F10.  From within the
  context menu, all actions that would normally appear in the
  context menu (i.e Copy, PASTE, Rename, etc.) will be available
  for use by the user.
