Error description

• ZOS_DATA_PROVIDER_0 Unexpected internal exception and Monitoring
  of a database from OPM shuts down.

  java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: String representing
  consistency token is empty or null!
  

Local fix

• Disable the SQL Statements profile in the Monitoring
  configuration in the Web Console of OPM.
