PM94708: INZPLIB0 DADSM OBTAIN MACRO FAILURE WHEN LIBRARIES ARE STORED ON AN EAV VOLUME WITH THE EXTENDED ATTRIBUTE

Error description

• DADSM OBTAIN macro for INZPLIB0 will fail if libraries are
  stored on an EAV volume and have the extended addressability
  attribute.
  The issue occurs if target load module libraries processed by
  INZPLIB0 (i.e. SINZLINK and SINZLOAD) has the EXTENDED
  attribute (available since z/OS 1.12). The issue does not
  occur if the target library resides on EAV volumes provided
  that it does not have the EXTENDED attribute.

• Consider using another dataclass that does not have the EXTENDED
  attribute.
