Error description

  • HPU may hang when DB2SORT is used and
when more than 1 sort is created and
data is given to one of the SORT and not to the other.

Local fix

  • Until PTF is ready, you can pass an internal option called
'NOGTECH' in DB2SORTI DD for all HPU jobs.
Use the following syntax:

//DB2SORTI DD *
NOGTECH
