Error description

• If "show values outside top" is selected within a chart (within
  the new chart engine) and there are values closed to the max.
  value from Y-axis it will not be shown - it will be
  truncated.?Within the legacy chart engine all is working fine.
  The Y-axis max. value will be extended as far as the values are
  closed to the "original" max. Y-axis value.
