Error description

• IBM0280S The ERROR condition was raised by a SIGNAL statement.
  From entry point DBMVERC at compile unit offset +00010606 at
  entry off set +00010606 at address 1DBADCFE.

Local fix

• Review the Tools Customizer (TCz) CCQ trace for hints of the
  problem.
  There may likely be details associated with CCQQ005E message.
  Reference the following example extracted from a TCz trace.
  
    RR: dispmsg: Displaying CCQQ005E message'
    CCQUVEC: : BEGIN'
    CCQUVEC: : Start iterating from ptr_start...'
    CCQUVEC: : Returning next ID: CCQZERSM'
    CCQUVEC: : END'
  
  The next lines, of the trace, will likely indicate the problem
  encountered, for example "not cataloged".
  
  The CCQ trace should identify the problem along with the dataset
  encountering the problem.
  
  The quickest way to get going is to pre-allocate the dataset,
  with problems.
  The most likely dataset is likely the product customization
  dataset.  The product customization library should be allocated
  with the following attributes.
  
    Alloc Dsn('dataset name from CCQ trace') Dsntype(LIBRARY)
    NEW Reuse Dsorg(PO) Recfm(F B) Lrecl(80) Blksize(0)
