APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If the number of report service requests exceed the number of
    available processes/threads configured, all reports seem to get
    stuck in a pending state. During this time, no reports are
    executing at all and the BiBus process(es) appear to be
    idle.?All reports remain in a pending state until the report
    service queue timeout limit is hit for the majority of the
    reports, and the following error is seen in the
    logs:?"DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there
    were no connections to the process available within the
    configured time limit."??This problem is specific to report
    service (interactive) requests as batch requests will move from
    pending to executing as expected.
