Error description

• A push button on the form of a record type does not react on
  first click on IE. The user must click on the button twice to
  get the values display. The problem does not happen on FF.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• ClearQuest Web Button hooks do not always fire on the first
  click when using Internet Explorer. The user sometimes needs to
  click on the button twice for the hook to fire. The problem does
   not happen when using Fire Fox.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.0.8 and 8.0.1.1.
  
  ClearQuest Web Button hooks now fire on the first click for both
  Internet Explorer and Fire Fox.
