Error description

• INTEGER and SMALLINT columns may be incorrectly formatted on
  INSERT.  When inserting rows with INTEGER and SMALLINT columns
  and the values are allowed to default, they may be incorrectly
  formatted causing message 'ETI038E - Invalid data entered for a
  numeric data type' to be issued.
