PM93627: BI Report does not show correct date format under Informix DQM.

Error description

• IBM Cognos 10.2.1 BI report under CQM package against Informix
  11.70 data source returns correct date format for DBDATE
  environment variable. Informix client has set:    DBDATE=DMY4/
  as a result Cognos BI CQM Report shows:    22/07/2013  under the
  DQM same report shows:      2013-07-23      Adding DBDATE
  parameter to JDBC connection string did not change outcome:  ---
