APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' install process requires
  panel CCQPPRD 'Product Parameters' be visited. Field 'JCL
  procedure library (PROCLIB)' has a help panel which says:
  "Enter the name of the library
  that will contain DB2 Admin JCL
  procedures. If left blank the
  default is (Admin
  HLQ).ADBTCZ.PROCLIB."
  however if the field is left blank a message:
  "Enter a fully-qualified valid
  data set name"
  is issued and you cannot save the blank value.
  

Local fix

• Enter a fully-qualified valid data set name.
