PM93517: PERSISTENTFEEDERS PARAMETER CHANGE TO DEFAULT T IN TM1 10.1.1

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PersistentFeeders parameter in 9.5.2 if not specified was False
  and now in TM10.1.1 it is now True if unspecified. This does not
  seem to be documented in the Release notes or Operations Guide.
  The Instalation and Configuration Guide for tm1 10.1.1  p254
  seems to suggest that Persistent Feeders True is not set as
  default  This section has been the same in 9.5.2 and this is
  confusing for Users as reflected in this tm1 forum post
