• Stored Procedure with parameters cannot be validated or
  tested??Compatible Query mode (CQM) returns:?RQP-DEF-0354 The
  Query contains one or more unresolved prompts.?QE-DEF-0144
  Prompt '<abc>' has no substitution values.??Dynamic Query Mode
  (DQM) returns:?XQE-QRY-0404 There are parameters or variables
  that require values.??The behavior varies depending on the
  stored procedure type: Data Query or Data Modification. Then the
  error occurs already when validating otherwise when testing.?In
  case the SP is tested the error occurs although the SP passed
  successfully the validation and has its Status set to 'Valid'
  

Local fix

• Test the stored procedure using constant values, not parameters/
   variables.
