Error description

• Potential ABENDS906 when writing out exceptions or SQL text
  during an interval snap.
  
  Message CSV002I REQUESTS FOR MODULE IGGCSI00 EXCEED MAXIMUM USE
  COUNT is issued.
  

Local fix

• Re-cycle the CQM Collector started task on a daily basis to
  avoid this problem.
