PM93299: Deletion of reports fails with ReportBuilder role

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Users with reportbuilder role are not able to delete reports and
  get the
  following error:
  
  'CRCHG0477E Access to the admin interface is required for this
  operation.'
  
  The only way that a user can delete a report is if they have
  admin
  access or the admin removes the report for them.
  
  In Cr ?W#2613? it is decided to allow report definition deletion
  from both Admin and ReportBuilder interface. After this I do not
  see any discussion in any record to block this capability from
  ?ReportBuilder? interface. I believe user having ?ReportBuilder?
  role should be able to delete these files. I think this feature
  is broken or not tested properly. According to me it is a
  defect. Please create an APAR.  Refer to ESC#RATLC02767749
  
  
  Is it true that build manager and reportbuilder should not be
  able to delete reports?
  Users with the pt_admin role are able to delete reports when
  they log into the
  admin console vs the regular console.
