APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Invalid object names created for recreated objects that contain
  certain characters.  This can be caused when the DB2 subsystem
  is executing with a SCCSID other than 37, but Recovery Expert
  packages and plans were bound with default ENCODING (37).
  

Local fix

• Remove all ENCODING (37) statements from the Bind Package
  commands and rebind.
