  CSQMWLBR is comparing the queue-managers connected
  to the CSQ_ADMIN structure with the queue-managers
  in the current XCF GROUP, and has found that one of them is
  connected to the structure but is not in the group.

  CSQMWLBR is comparing the queue-managers connected to the
  CSQ_ADMIN CF structure with the queue-managers in the current
  XCF GROUP, and has found that a given queue manager (QMA for
  instance) is connected to the structure but is not in the group.
  The reason for this is that the XCF data was requested with
  REQTYPE(IMMEDIATE), meaning that the information currently in
  storage is returned, as opposed to REQTYPE(DEFER), which would
  ensure the data is up to date. Thus, if a certain timing window
  is hit, the information for QMA might not be in the returned
  member info.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to use the REQTYPE(DEFER) parameter on the
  IXCQUERY call to ensure all members are in the returned data.
