PM92305: Japanese characters issues in FM model after upgrading

Error description

• My customer is trying to upgrade Cognos BI environment from 8.4
  to 10.2.0.?However, Japanese characters used in key of parameter
  map have two issues below in Framework Manager model.??1.
  Japanese characters get corrupted. ??2. Single byte spaces
  following Japanese characters get truncated. In addition, the
  last character gets double byte space. ??As per the above
  issues, existing reports result in RQP-DEF-0177 error after
  upgrade. ??(Environment)?Cognos 8 8.4 -- not reproduced.?Cognos
  10 10.1.1 -- not reproduced.?Cognos 10 10.2.0 -- reproduced.
