PM92282: CLARIFY MISLEADING TCZ TRACE LEVEL COMMENT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Currently IBM Tools Customizer EXEC comment in SCCQEXEC(CCQINI)
  inaccurately reports one can disable TCz tracing as follows:
  
     Trace level = 0 :  tracing is off
  
  This is not true.
  Trace level can not be disabled.  TCz tracing can only be set in
  degrees of tracing, therefore:
   '0' meaning the least amount of detail and
   '4' generating the most detailed level of tracing.
  
  IBM Technical Support will advise if higher degrees of tracing
  are necessary to diagnose reported issues.
  
  Setting the trace level to the IBM distributed '1' provides
  basic tracing in case of problems requiring IBM Technical
  Support.
