Error description

• Abstract: Attempts to select Policy as 'Merge existing packages'
  does not update/modify the Flowchart diagram during Reverse
  Engineering in IBM Rational Rhapsody
  
  Error Description:
  
  1. Open or create a Rational Rhapsody project
  2. Reverse Engineer a source file (with Flowchart creation) into
  it
  3. Open the Flowchart
  4. Add an if statement in the source file and again Reverse
  Engineer the same into Rational Rhapsody
  
  Notice that even though the option 'Merge existing packages' is
  checked for Policy still the Flowchart diagram is not updated.
  However the corresponding Function implementation gets updated.
  
  Workaround: Use the option 'Overwrite Existing packages'.
  However this option deletes or ignores any changes that were
  applied before Reverse Engineering
