  During server shutdown it's possible for warning message
  "ODCF8602W: Unexpected warning: java.lang.Exception: Attempt to
  quiesce a connection while it is still opening;" to be logged
  in SystemOut.log. On the shutdown path warning message
  ODCF8602W is benign and can be safely ignored.
  

Problem conclusion

• Warning message ODCF8602W has been suppressed when encountered
  during the server shutdown sequence.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
