PM91962: ILLEGALARGUMENTEXCEPTION: UNIQUE ID MUST NOT BE NULL - EXCEPTION DURING MIGRATION

Error description

• If a portal administrator attempts to import a portal
  configuration via XmlAccess, which has been exported from a
  previous version (Version 7 and below), the import abends with
  an error. SystemOut.log contains the following errors:

Local fix

• Edit the xmlaccess export document which failed to import.
  
  Locate the following resource-type section with the name
  "UDDI_REGISTRY".

  Remove this resource-type section and save the document.
  Retry to import based on the corrected xml document.
