  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The calculation of dynamic arrays of    *
  *                      records containing dynamic arrays of    *
  *                      records was incorrect resulting in too  *
  *                      little memory allocated.                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF                       *
  ****************************************************************
  1) When a dynamic array of records containing another dynamic
  array of records, the garbage collection logic could fail and
  cause an abend.
  2) Internal tracing tried to access control blocks that were
  already released during the normal shut down, causing an abend.
