Error description

• A new mod_smf module was created for IBM HTTP Server 8.5.5 but
  it did not get shipped in the 8.5.5.0 release as intended.

  Add the mod_smf module that was unintentionally omitted
  from the 8.5.5.0 release.
  

Problem conclusion

• The missing mod_smf module for IBM HTTP Server is now being
  shipped.
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
   - 8.5.5.1
