Error description

• RECON DELETE should not be documented in ITKB help.
  When trying to delete a RECON ID from ITKB we get the following:
  Row action specified is not available on this panel.
  Does the "D" command work to delete a set of RECONS from ITKB?

Problem conclusion

  RECON id processing options.
