Error description

• The cover letter or the ++HOLD DATA is incorrect for UK90686.
  
  The two new lock types already added to TEP in
  PM66755/UK82253(F210) / 5.1.0-TIV-KD5-IF0005 for v510.
  
  5.1.0-TIV-KD5-IF0005 is a v510 fixpack and does not apply to
  v511.
  
  
  You could apply the local fix shown below now.  After applying
  5.1.1-TIV-KD5-FP0001, apply local fix.  If you plan to apply
  5.1.1-TIV-KD5-FP0001 soon, then apply local fix after.

• Please download 5.1.1-TIV-KD5-FP0001 for non SDA users, apply
  PM83662/UK93093(F304) for SDA users.
  
  You could apply the local fix shown below now.  After applying
  5.1.1-TIV-KD5-FP0001, apply local fix.  If you plan to apply
  5.1.1-TIV-KD5-FP0001 soon, then apply local fix after.

      5.1.0-TIV-KD5-IF0005 because it is at a lower version.
