Error description

• When using the quiet time option, some DML activity may be
  missed if that activity precedes the CHECKPOINT records at the
  beginning of an archive log, and that activity is part of the
  requested timeframe. This only appears to occur if that activity
  is a new unit of work, rather than a continuation of an active
  unit of work.
