Error description

• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS does not provide an easy exit
  from edit session resulted from RO option following an RT option
  

Local fix

• Cancel TSO session , or use ATTN key twice to get out of the
  EDIT screen

  *                      session resulting from a 'RO - Recover  *
  *                      TOCOPY with options' command following  *
  *                      an 'RT - Recover TOCOPY' command.       *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The program is looping on panel ADB2USV 'Specify Utility
  Options - RECOVER'.
  

Problem conclusion

• Program has been updated to resolve the looping on panel ADB2USV
  and the panel flows back to panel ADB21I after the 'RO - Recover
  TOCOPY with options' line command completes.
