Error description

• The IBM Rational ClearCase integration with Microsoft Visual
  Studio 2012 may show performance degradation as compared with
  previous versions of Microsoft Visual Studio. This performance
  degradation can be seen when using MultiVersion File System
  (MVFS) dynamic views.
  
  Displaying the files in a directory will be slower than before.
  This is caused by the devenv.exe continuously querying for every
  file in the directory.
  
  Workaround:
  Use a prior version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012.
